Half and Half 

Ingredients:

1 part Harp Lager 
1 part Guinness stout 

Directions:

1) Fill a pint glass half full with Harp
2) Slowly fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness-
pouring slowly over the back side of a spoon to layer
