Cocktail Recipes

Egg Nog   

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Egg substitute 
3 tblsp Sugar 
13 oz skimmed Condensed milk 
3/4 cup skimmed Milk 
1 tsp Vanilla 
1 tsp Rum flavoring 
Nutmeg 

Directions:

1) Whip egg substitute and sugar together
2) Combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum flavor
3) Mix well
4) Chill over night
5) Sprinkle with nutmeg
