Non-Alcoholic Drink Recipes

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate  

Ingredients:

3/4 lb fine-quality bittersweet (not unsweetened) chocolate
4 three-inch cinnamon sticks
8 cups skim milk
Pinch of Salt

Directions:

1) Chop the chocolate
2) Put chocolate in a heatproof pitcher with cinnamon sticks
3) Bring milk and a pinch of salt just to a simmer in a 4-quart 
saucepan
4) Immediately pour into pitcher and stir until chocolate is melted

Makes 8 servings
