You will need
3-6 players
1 large glass
1 small glass for each player
Lots of beer

All players arrange themselves around a table. A large glass
is filled with beer and put in the center of the table. Each
person has their own smaller glass which is also filled with
beer and arranged around the center glass in a circle, right
in front of each player.

Spin the quarter to determine who goes first. Use the eagles
beak or the presidents nose as a pointer - whoever it points
at goes first. The turns should move from player to player
moving clockwise.

The player in possession of the quarter tries to bounce it
off of the table and into one of the glasses. If the quarter
lands in one of the small glasses, the player who owns that
glass has to drink the beer in his/her glass and fill the
glass back up with beer. If the quarter lands in the large
center glass, it becomes a race - every player has to chug
the beer in his/her small glass as quickly as they can.

The player who is last to set his/her glass down empty has
to drink the beer in the large center glass.

The quarter is passed to the next player when the previous
player fails to put the quarter into any glass. As in quarters,
rules can be added when a person makes three shots into a
glass in a row. Any player breaking a rule must drink their
beer.

Some of the more common rules are:

No player can say the 3 D's (Drink, Drank or Drunk)
No player can say the name of any other player.
No pointing of fingers at any player (this gets difficult as
the game goes on because people have a tendency to point to 
other people when they have to drink.)
No player can say the name of another player.
