Cement Mixer

Ingredients:

1 oz. Bailey's
1 oz. lime juice

Directions:

1) Pour into separate shot glasses.
2) Take both shots at the same time.
3) MIX-MIX-MIX! (for about 15-30 seconds)
4) CHEW-CHEW-CHEW!
5) Open your mouth and show all your friends!

The lime juice causes the Irish cream to coagulate, 
hence the name.
