Homemade Liqueurs

Amaretto Liqueur

Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar
2 cups Water
2 cups Vodka
2 cups Brandy
4 teaspoons Almond extract

Directions:

1) Combine sugar and water
2) Bring to a boil
3) Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes
4) Stir occasionally
5) Remove from heat
6) Stir in remaining ingredients
7) Pour into containers and seal
